Nope. A wonky button or a bit of spacing is a perfectly good reason to email us. Send your store link and what you’re seeing; we’ll confirm whether it fits a $49 fix.
Do I need to know anything about code?
Not a thing. Tell us what’s wrong or what you’d like your store to do, in your own words. We’ll work out the technical bits and explain the plan clearly.
How do you access my store?
If access is needed, we’ll request Shopify collaborator access with only the permissions required for the job. You stay in control and can revoke access when we’re done. Never email your password.
What if it’s not a quick fix?
We’ll tell you before starting and quote the full job. Some requests depend on your Shopify plan or third-party apps; we’ll explain any limits upfront. No surprise bill, and no pressure to go ahead.
